She’s still in there. Let’s bring her back.
Science-meets-soul coaching for mothers who've quietly disappeared into the role.
Selflessness was never the goal. SelfFULLness is.
You’re grateful for this life. You’re also not in it.
Nothing is falling apart. You'd struggle to explain the problem out loud, which is part of what makes it so lonely. It's a slow drift, a quieting of the part of you that used to feel certain and alive, and you can't name the day it started. You just know that somewhere between the school runs and the washing and the endless giving, you stopped recognising the woman doing it all.
So you keep going. You tell yourself this is the season. You put yourself last and call it being a good mum.
Here's what that costs, and it isn't only yours to carry. Your kids are watching. They're learning what a woman does with her own desires by watching what you do with yours.
The fact that you're here, reading this, wanting more, is not ingratitude. It's your intuition getting louder because you've ignored it for long enough.
I'm Paige, and I help mothers stop disappearing into the role and start showing their kids what living a life you love actually looks like.
Meet Paige
I'm a science-meets-soul life coach, high school science teacher with a background in biomedical science, and a whole lot of lived experience navigating burnout, identity shifts, multiple career pivots, and the particular kind of unravelling that comes with becoming a mother.
I know exactly what it feels like to lose yourself in a life that looks perfectly fine from the outside, and to feel guilty for even noticing.
That's why I don't do surface-level mindset work. I take you through your nervous system first, because you cannot think your way out of a body that doesn't feel safe.
Ready to feel lit up by your life again?
Whether you're looking for a first step or ready to go all in, there's a way to work together that meets you where you are.
At the heart of everything is The SelfFULL Framework, my science-meets-soul method for coming home to yourself. Four phases, in this order, because the order is what makes it hold.
Regulate. Nervous system safety and awareness, regulation tools, and the capacity to actually hold change.
Reconnect. Coming back to your desires, your values, and your ability to hear yourself underneath the noise.
Rewrite. Limiting beliefs, worthiness, neuroplasticity, and a new story your brain will genuinely believe.
Rise. Aligned action, embodied self-trust, and moving forward with fear in the passenger seat instead of the driver's.
Women who chose themselves first.
"My ability to stay regulated is unlike anything I have ever felt in my life."
I felt lost, like I was drowning. I knew there was more for me but I didn't know how to reach it. Now I don't see my pain from the past as something that weighs me down, but as something I've sat with, understood and used for insight. I no longer feel anxious about difficult choices, because I trust myself.
~ Laura
“I come first, then my children and husband."
I was struggling with confidence and following my heart, letting other people judge me and accepting it. Paige created a space where I felt heard and seen, without any judgment. I remember my first session, feeling lost and disconnected. By session six I felt proud and confident, with so much more clarity.

You’re allowed to want more.
And you don’t have to work out what ‘more’ even looks like on your own.
You didn’t land here by accident. That feeling you’ve been carrying, the one quietly insisting this can’t be it, is a signal. It brought you here.
I’m ready whenever you are.
