BACK YOURSELF

BACK YOURSELF ~

You've put yourself last for so long you've forgotten what you'd even choose.

Back Yourself is a four-week small-group programme for mothers who are done waiting their turn. You'll learn to settle your nervous system and hear your own wants again, with a private one-to-one with me every week.

Round two is now taking applications. Places are capped at 12.

You know exactly what everyone else needs. Ask what you want and you go blank.

Maybe you've sat in the car outside the house with the engine off, stretching five minutes of quiet before you walk back in.

You love your family and you're genuinely grateful for this life. You've also said yes to so many things you didn't want that your own preferences have gone quiet. When someone asks what you'd like to do, you honestly don't know.

Maybe you:

  • Say yes before you've even checked whether you want to

  • Tell yourself you'll deal with your own stuff once the kids are older, or after Christmas

  • Feel wired and exhausted at the same time, most days

  • Feel a flicker of guilt the moment you want something just for you

  • Scroll late at night because it's the only time nobody needs anything from you

Every one of these is a pattern you learned, usually for very good reasons, and patterns can be unlearned. That's what these four weeks are for.

Four weeks from now, you could know what you want and have started choosing it.

The mornings won't suddenly get quieter and the kids will still need you. What changes is how you are inside all of it.

You'll understand what your body is doing when everything feels like too much, and you'll have a way to bring yourself back to steady in the time it takes to boil the kettle.

By the end of the four weeks, the women in this programme are:

  • Catching the automatic yes before it leaves their mouth, and pausing long enough to check what they actually want

  • Sitting with the uncomfortable feelings that used to send them straight back into busy, and moving forward anyway

  • Able to answer "what would you like?" without deferring to everyone else first

  • Putting themselves back on their own list and letting the guilt go with it

"I'm allowed to put myself back on my own priority list."

If you're a woman who feels like somewhere along the way you lost yourself while taking care of everyone else, do Back Yourself. Four weeks of being reminded that you matter too. It didn't just help me understand myself, it reminded me that I'm allowed to put myself back on my own priority list.

~ Kim

Four weeks, and a tool you'll actually use from every one of them.

In week one you'll take a short self-abandonment awareness check. In week four you take it again, so you can see in your own answers how much has moved.

Week 1: Come Home To Your Body. Why you feel wired and exhausted at the same time.

You'll learn the four survival responses and how they show up on an ordinary Tuesday, plus where your window of tolerance sits and what it looks like when you slip outside it. We connect all of that to self-abandonment, the quiet habit of putting yourself last so automatically you don't notice you're doing it. You leave with the Return to Self Practice, a four-step reset built around one slow breath: in for four, out for eight. It's quick enough to do at the kitchen sink, and nobody has to give you time or space first.

Week 2: Hear Your Own Wants. Why ‘what do I want?’ feels impossible to answer.

If you go blank when someone asks what you'd like, there's a reason for it, and this week you'll understand it. Then you start rebuilding the skill small with the Wants Practice, a five-step tool you'll use all week. Once the small wants start coming through again, we look at your values, so you've got a compass for the bigger decisions as well.

Week 3: Which Voice Is Driving? What stops you acting on what you want?

You'll learn to feel the difference between intuition and fear in your body, so a nervous flutter stops passing itself off as a no. Then we do permission work on the rules that told you your needs come last. You finish the week by naming, out loud, the one desire you're acting on before we meet again.

Week 4: Back Yourself. Seeing how far you’ve come.

You retake your awareness check and compare it with where you started. Then we map what backing yourself looks like from here, and you choose the one practice you're keeping for good.

Every week you get a new module to work through whenever suits you, plus your private fifteen-minute check-in with me. In between, I'm on Telegram for voice notes whenever something comes up. Across the round there are also two live group sessions where you can bring whatever's surfaced and work through it out loud.

Everything you get inside Back Yourself

A new module every week Four recorded modules of 45 to 60 minutes each. Watch them whenever suits you, all at once or in pieces between school pickup and dinner.

A private fifteen-minute check-in with me, every week Just you and me, one to one, every single week. This is where we talk about what's actually happening in your life, so the work fits your real week.

Voice note support on Telegram When something comes up between check-ins, whether it's a win or a 9pm wobble, send me a voice note.

Two live group sessions Held at a set time each round. Come along when you can and bring whatever has come up so we can work through it out loud together.

Your Back Yourself workbook Every tool from the programme in one place. Inside you'll find:

  • The Self-Abandonment Awareness Check, which you take before Week 1 and again in Week 4 so you can see the shift in your own answers

  • The Return to Self Practice, your four-step reset for any moment you're about to override yourself

  • The Wants Practice, five steps to rebuild your ability to know what you want

  • The Values Identifier and Desires Mapping, so the bigger decisions get clearer too

  • Micro-scripts for real moments with your partner, your family, at work and with yourself

  • The Boundary Builder and Vision Mapping, to carry all of it past the four weeks

A small group, capped at 12 Every woman gets a weekly one-to-one with me, so the group stays small.

How much time it takes: the core work is about two to three hours a week. That's one module, your fifteen-minute check-in, and a few minutes of practice each day folded into days you're already living. The Going Deeper pages in the workbook are there for when you have more space.

I feel that there is a nice balance between practical tasks, education backed by science, reflection and feedback.

  • You're in crisis or need support for your mental health right now. A therapist or your GP is the right first step, and if you're unsure, we can talk it through before you apply.

  • You want deep one-to-one work built entirely around your own goals. That's what Aligned Within is for, and you're welcome to ask me about it on your application.

It’s probably not the right fit if…

Your place in the beta round.

$197

That covers all four modules, your workbook, a private fifteen-minute check-in with me every week, Telegram voice note support and both live group sessions.

This is the beta price. It goes up once Back Yourself comes out of beta, so the women in these early rounds pay the least anyone ever will.

Want more one-to-one time with me across the four weeks? You can add it on, and we'll talk it through once you've applied.

How to join

Fill in the application and I'll read it myself. You'll hear back from me personally within 48 hours with the round details and how to secure your place. If it doesn't feel like the right fit for you, I'll say so honestly, and if something else would suit you better I'll point you to it.

Round two is now taking applications. Places are capped at 12.
